| Decoration | The inscription is located within a lunette built together with the door, whose profiled lintel with dentils and pilasters serving as doorposts shows typical features of the 16th-century Renaissance. The mention of Pope Gregory XVI, who held papal office from 1831 to 1846, suggests that the inscription also dates from that period, which coincides with the major renovation of the church. |
