Notes	The inscription is located on a plaque of square shape, but with irregular edges. The plaque is prominently placed on the upper part of the western facade of the church. In the lower part, it rests on second horizontal, multi-profiled wreath. It is centered in the middle of the facade, aligned with the main entrance and the oculus beneath it. The dimensions were not taken due to the height of the inscription.
