U ovom se obrascu stvaraju novi unosi ili uređuju postojeći.
- Ako stvarate novi unos, napišite signaturu natpisa u obliku "PP-1.1.1", gdje prvi broj predstavlja broj župe, drugi broj objekta (v. [Buildings]), a treći redni broj natpisa unutar objekta.
- Ako uređujete postojeći unos, započnite pisati njegovu signaturu i odaberite ga iz padajućeg popisa.
