Notes	The inscription is located on the rectangular base of the spire on the main facade of the church. Above the inscription, there is an outwardly projecting cornice that supports the pilasters of the spire. Chapel is found in a private land in Ušićevi Dvori. Dimensions were not taken because of inaccessibility. The inscription is rectangular, it is found on the beam supporting the bell-cot.
