Translation (hr)	Za renoviranje ranije napuštene crkve (svetog Ivana) Preteče, da se što lakše obnovi (štovanje u njoj), pod združenim imenima Začeća Blažene Djevice Marije i svetog Antona Padovanskog, pobrinula su se presvijetla gospoda Bernardin Corniani, pulski biskup, i Angelo Orio, knez i providur grada Kopra i koparskog Vijeća. Godine Gospodnje 1666.
Translation (en)	For the renovation of the previously abandoned church of (Saint John) the Forerunner, to more easily restore (worship within it), under the combined dedications of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Anthony of Padua, the most illustrious gentlemen Bernardin Corniani, bishop of Pula, and Angelo Orio, prince and governor of the city of Koper and the Council of Koper, took care of it. In the year of our Lord 1666.
