Translation (hr)	Giovanni Zvane Zamper načinio je za sebe i svoje potomke. Naložio je gradnju za života. Godine Gospodnje 1588.
Translation (en)	Giovanni Zvane Zamper, constructed for himself and his heirs. He ordered the construction while alive. In the year of Our Lord 1588.

Notes	The tombstone in the floor, in front of the sanctuary and altar on the southern side wall. A rectangular plaque is inserted within a frame of the same shape, with an inscription field in the center. The inscription field is square. The plaque is partially damaged with a worn surface. Two metal loops for lifting are preserved. The text is justified left and right, so that in lines 2, 3 and 4 the words are disproportionatelly separated.
Critical apparatus	a) Between 'IO' and 'Zuane' and 'Zamper' there is neither separator nor blank space. b) 'Z' in 'Zuane' and 'Zamper' is horizontally flipped. c) The final 'O' is smaller and added above 'D'.
