Translation (en)	To God, the most good, the most great. Ivan Dominik Juras, bishop of Pula, as he decided to give the right of almuce to te chapter of distinguished collegiate church of Saint Blasius in Vodnjan on December 10, 1790, in the sixth century since its institution, and with the approval of Sacred Congregation(?) of December 15, 1790, bestowed it on January 28, 1791 to several worthy members.
