Translation (en)	Glory to God, the most good, the most great. This sanctuary of Blessed Virgin Mary, called of grace, was built from foundations in the place of a previous one, falling from old age, by the mone collected from the faithful, in the years 1886-1887. It was solemnly consecrated on 30th of May 1887 by the most illustrious and most reverend bishop of Poreč and Pula, Giovanni Battista Flapp, amidst great multitude of the faithful.

Notes	The inscription commemorating dedication of the church. Rectangular marble plaque with square extensions at the corners. The text is centered. The letters are engraved and painted in black (the paint peeled off in some places). Above the plaque is a relief decoration with volutes, made of limestone.
