Notes | The inscription is embedded in the wall near the entrance to the sacristy. The plaque is rectangular with a single-profiled edge. The engraved letters are painted black, although in some places the paint has worn off.
The text is written in small capitals with every word starting with a taller letter. Final 'S' in 'COMMVNITATIS', 'DOCVMENTIS' and 'COMMVNITAS', 'R' in 'VENERANTUR' and 'O' in 'LAVRENTIO' are superscript. The year is written in a curious mixture of Roman and Arabis numerals. a) 'D' is left, 'O' is in the middle, 'M' is right. b) Original: 'LT'. c) 'DECEM' is written as 'X' with an arch above 'BR'.
