Translation (hr)	Dana 25. srpnja Gospodnje godine 1406. u Puli bi održan Provincijalni Kapitul, za uprave Mnogopoštovanog Oca Nikolaja Sv. Franje. Tajnik mu je bio Ozije.
Translation (en)	In the year of our Lord 1406, on 25th of July, a provincial chapter was held in Pula, in the term of the most reverend father Nikola. The secretary was Ozije.
