Translation (en) To God, most good, most great.

This temple, dedicated for a long time to Saint martyrs George and Euphemia, but destroyed by its great age, was brought to a more noble form by the community of Rovinj, using their public and private money. Gašpar de Nigris, bishop of Poreč, consecrated it according to the rites on 26 September in the year 1756.
