| Translation (en) | To God, te most good, the most great. The bones of martyr Lawrence(?), brought from Rome by Bartiroma(?), obtained by bishop Corniani and sent to the bishop of Trieste adorned by money of the community, are venerated on the basis of the documents by ... notary Niccolò Floreli and documents by deputy Caraea(?). Lest this vanishes from memory, on 7th of December 1661, the community of Šišan, with grateful spirit, placed this monument in the time of archpriest Lorenzo Urbano of Vodnjan. |
